Website and hosting

The portal is hosted on a server at Hetzner. When you visit, connection data required for technical purposes is processed, in particular your IP address, the time, the requested address and browser information. This serves to deliver the website and operate it securely (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Log data is retained only for as long as it is required for operation, troubleshooting or investigating a security incident.

This portal serves images, fonts, CSS and JavaScript locally. It does not use analytics or advertising trackers. External project websites are accessed only when you click a link; their respective privacy notices apply.

Amulet configurator

The preview and design download are generated in your browser. Only when you submit an enquiry are your name, email address, message, configuration and confirmation of this notice sent to the server and stored in the protected TYPO3 backend. The legal basis is the handling of your pre-contractual enquiry (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). There is no automatic payment or order confirmation by email.

The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for continued storage. Please do not send health data or other sensitive information in the free-text field.

Technically necessary protection

When you open the enquiry form, the mag_atelier cookie is set for up to one hour. It protects the form against requests from other sites and contains no contact details. To protect against automated submissions, a verification value derived from the IP address using a secret key is also stored briefly; the raw address is not stored in it. These measures are necessary for the secure operation of the form (§ 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Cookies for TYPO3 backend access are required only when logging in.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and – where applicable – data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. For any request, simply send a message to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
